Les entreprises peinent à passer à l’action
Une mauvaises organisations du travail est la première cause de dégradation de la compétitivité des entreprises du secteur privé, bien avant les coûts salariaux et charges sociales. L’absentéisme, les journées non travaillées et la rotation du personnel entraînent des pertes très significatives de valeur ajoutée.
Les experts expliquent ainsi qu’une surcharge de travail, un manque de reconnaissance et d’autonomie, une mauvaise qualité des relations et l’isolement sont autant de facteurs de dégradation des conditions de travail, susceptibles d’engendrer une baisse de la performance et de la productivité de l’entreprise.
Celle-ci doit alors en supporter les coûts : non réalisation de certaines tâches, embauche et formation de remplaçants, salaires versés à la personne absente… Pour le cabinet Mozart Consulting, « le mal-être en entreprise doit donc être quantifié et devenir un véritable outil de pilotage objectif de la performance ».
Et pour motiver les dirigeants à agir, le cabinet précise qu’un gain de 10 % sur la qualité de vie au travail est comparable à un gain de 1 % sur la performance économique.
